Join us every Tuesday from 10:15 – 11:15 at West Calder HUB for a Yoga for Wellbeing class designed to help you unwind, stretch, and nurture both body and mind.
This mixed-level class is perfect for anyone, whether you're a beginner or more experienced. If you’ve ever been curious about yoga but felt a little hesitant, don’t worry! Hazel, our expert instructor, creates a welcoming and supportive environment, helping you feel at ease and guiding you through each session with care.
As part of the Good Connections Wellbeing Activity Programme, this class is all about improving mental health, physical wellness, and fostering a sense of community. It’s a wonderful opportunity to take a break, relax, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, friendly atmosphere.
