We all know the importance of keeping our joints moving as we get older. Our Seated Exercise classes will help you to increase your stamina, strength, and flexibility. Led by our trained volunteers, we will have your toes tapping and your health improving without you leaving your chair!
No need to book, just come along and join the fun! Every Friday 11:00 – 11:45 am at West Calder Hub.
