Reach Out Talk Out Men’s Group (ROTO) – A Safe Space for Men to Connect and Support Each Other
ROTO is a friendly, social group based at the West Calder Community Hub where men can come together, share experiences, and offer each other peer support. It’s a safe, non-judgmental space designed for men to talk openly about what’s on their minds, whether it's personal struggles or everyday challenges.
Meeting every Tuesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, the group encourages honest conversation and mutual understanding, where no one feels judged or isolated. Peer support means sharing your own experiences and listening to others, with the goal of helping each other in a meaningful, supportive way.
At ROTO, we aim to:
Bring men with shared experiences together to support each other
Provide a welcoming space where everyone feels accepted and understood
Treat everyone’s experiences as equally important, creating a sense of community
Foster a balanced environment where giving and receiving support is encouraged
Whether you're looking to make new connections, talk openly, or just enjoy the support of others, ROTO is here to help you feel less alone.
