FATEBURN Extreme with Debby

Fatburn Extreme is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to maximize fat burning in a short amount of time. It typically consists of 20-30 minute sessions that are structured to push participants to their limits using bodyweight exercises and functional movements. The workouts are time-efficient and effective, making them ideal for people with busy schedules who want to improve their fitness levels and lose weight.
